Week 2: Your Body's Internal Clock
Complementary Text:
Time-Restricted Eating (TRE) works by aligning your food intake with your circadian biology. Your pancreas and liver are most insulin-sensitive during daylight hours. Eating within a consistent 12-hour window gives these organs a prolonged period of rest, reducing nocturnal insulin secretion and improving metabolic flexibility. This is less about calorie restriction and more about working with your body's innate rhythm.
